Birth of Galaxy
About This Painting Birth of A Galaxy contains more earth tones than much of my other universe art. My sense is that the elements of the earth somehow come together when new worlds and matter are condensing to create a definable galaxy. This is not at all scientific, of course, just a metaphor for the process of creation that is happening on a really intimidating scale. The earth colors help to bring the process into the realm of something more understandable for me like geology or the condensing of rocks into gems.
