About This Painting

I have lived within an hour or two's drive of Yellowstone National Park for the last twenty-four years. Geysers (Old Faithful) are a pretty constant part of the awareness of water in this geographic region. The power of a spray of hot water shooting from the ground high into the air is a natural display not to be missed. This painting is concentrated completely on the water itself, using an acrylic flow painting technique suited to the energetic flowing of water itself.
